JOY is a seven-foot walk-around monster character built by The Jim Henson Creature Shop for musician Ben Rector's The Joys of Music Tour and accompanying music videos.

Joshua was part of an eight-person build team at the Creature Shop, working alongside two other fabricators to construct and stitch the character's skin — the outermost layer that gives JOY his personality, texture, and life.
